Domestic returns

 

1. Returns arranged by the online store merchant
  • The merchant can direct the returns to himself, but if the customer hasn't picked up the parcel, the order will return to the OGOship warehouse at Vantaa. Once a week a return pallet is shipped to Tallinn, which includes non-picked up parcels.
  • The merchant can return the products back to OGOship. These are handled as same as stock update. Read more about stock update.
2. Returns with the merchant's own contract or by the end customer
  • The merchant can use own return contract with Posti or have the customer be obligated for the return costs. Note! The return has to be shipped to the warehouse, not to a pick up point.
  • Domestic returns can be directed to Vantaa warehouse, from where they will be shipped to Tallinn once a week.
3. Returns with OGOship customer return contract
  • The merchant can use OGOship Posti return contract. Ask for the Posti contract code from customer service.
  • Domestic returns can be directed to Vantaa warehouse, from where they will be shipped to Tallinn once a week.
  • The end customer can ask for the return from the post office with OGOship Posti return code.
  • The return has to be shipped to the Vantaa warehouse. The merchant needs to set the Vantaa warehouse address for the return.
  • The freight cost for the return with Posti contract code is 4,65€ + 0,133€/kg + fuel surcharge (situation at 1.1.2019) 
4. Returns with PRO-Services: Return label
  • PRO-Services are enabled on the merchant settings at myOGO (0,20€/shipment). This service is only for domestic Posti returns.
  • After enabling the service, the return label is added on every shipment. The freight price for the return is placed on the order and online store invoice.
  • The return is sent to the "sender" address on the "merchant setting" page.
  • The freight cost for the return with Posti contract code is 4,65€ + 0,133€/kg + fuel surcharge (situation at 1.1.2019)
5. Non-picked up parcel from the pick up point
  • If the parcel is not picked up from Posti pick up point in seven days, the parcel will return to Vantaa warehouse. From there, once a week a return pallet is shipped to Tallinn, which includes non-picked up parcels.
  • The freight cost for the non-picked up parcel with Posti contract code is 4,65€ + 0,133€/kg + fuel surcharge (situation at 1.1.2019)

 

International returns

2. Returns with the merchant's own contract or by the end customer

  • The returns are handled at the warehouse and updated to myOGO.
3. Returns arranged by OGOship
  • The merchant can use OGOship contracts for shipments.
  • DHL returns are made on myOGO by ordering pick up in the order. The freight cost for the return is added to the shipment based on the return price list from DHL. 
  • In GSL pick ups, the merchant fills out the pick up order form. The freight cost for the return is added to the shipment based on the return price list from GSL.
