How to track my orders

The tracking code is set on the order when the order status is SHIPPED. If the order status is PENDING or RESERVED, it is waiting for more products to arrive at the warehouse or your reactions. Read more about editing an order and outgoing shipment and order status.

Tracking code is found on the "order" page or on the order list view. On the "history" section you can check when the order has changed status. 

Copy the tracking code and go to the freight company's tracking site to paste it. Most freight companies register the tracking code on the same day or on the next work day.
